Love it already. Pity I can't beat the big freighter orders. Still this app has helped me recover from a hideous loss.
You have?!? I barely see it as anything else than a simple tech demo in it's current state. Would be very interesting to know how you did that.
Ran around 6 regions in a shuttle and dumped low volume (m3), high margin products. Spent 20 minutes getting rid of the <0.4 sec status stations with buys, discovered a run and ran it with two accounts.

System/Station Name's being looked up (obviously)
Will be looked into, of course.
It's in t20's data.

Ability to select a buy and sell and have the margin displayed plus cargo volume*
Item data not exportable from EVE today (I think). (*)
It's in t20's data.

Ability to filter buy/sells by sol. security status (0.0,0.1-0.4, and 0.5+).
Solar system data not exportable today (I think). (*)
you know what I'm going to say... don't you? Yup. It's in t20's data.

Client based on the IGB, Server Locally (option to update to central server)
A web based client may be an option in the future.
The main point of the app would be to share the market data with others, so that you can always have a fairly fresh view of the market throughout the universe. I might let the app work without uploading data to the server, but then it will not download any data either.
Also, if the app will work "solo" the data would probably have to be stored locally (so you don't have to keep a billion exported text files in your EVE folder). But as long as the data is stored on a server, this shouldn't be necessary (I hope).
Can't argue with that. Fair enough. SQL Lite is evidently quite nice to work with btw.

But.. it's great already. Thank you!
No, thank you!
Now.. if only you could fix my eve client from CTDing every 10 jumps...?

Yarr!
(*) In another thread, I saw somebody pointing to a dev blog entry, which linked to a file which possibly included such data. The link was broken though. Hopefully because of the RMR update, but who knows? Otherwise all the data would have to be entered manually, which would most likely prove to be a daunting task due to the overwhelming amount of items and solar systems in the game. But somehow it will be solved, I'm sure. :)
Looks like t20 must be in the process of updating those files as they're not up at the moment. The system id, region id, station id won't have changed though so you could use the old data.. I could extract that data and mail it to you if you wanted. Just evemail me and I could upload it somewhere/email you it.
